Who we are
About Sports Frontier
Sports Frontier is the Sports News Analysis Hub were newsroom of the Frontier Affairs network. We cover the leagues that matter Football, Cricket, Tennis, NBA and NHL with the same standards of reporting, accuracy and editorial independence that define our parent brand. Our journalists are not fans with laptops. They are trained reporters who understand the game deeply and the business of sport even more.

Our Mission
We exist for fans who want serious sports journalism without the noise. Real reporting. Honest analysis. Long reads that respect your time, and breaking stories that get the facts right the first time. In a media landscape full of clickbait previews and recycled transfer rumours, Sports Frontier was built as the alternative a destination where the writing is strong, the sourcing is solid, and the editorial line is never for sale.
We do not chase engagement at the cost of accuracy. We do not publish rumours dressed as news. When we get something wrong, we say so clearly and correct it at the top of the article not buried in an asterisk.
How We Work
Every article you read on Sports Frontier is written by a named journalist, reviewed by an editor, and published with a clear date and update history. We separate news from opinion. We label analysis as analysis and match reports as match reports. There are no ghost writers, no AI-generated previews passed off as editorial, and no sponsored content hidden inside our news feed.
Our editorial team works across time zones to ensure that when a game ends, the report is live within minutes not an hour later after three rewrites from a press release. We have reporters who cover Football from Europe, Cricket from South Asia, and North American sports from inside the leagues themselves. That reach lets us tell stories that aggregators cannot.
What You Can Expect
When you visit Sports Frontier, here is what you will always find:
- Match reports within minutes of full time, written by a human who watched the game.
- Tactical analysis you can actually use not just a summary of what happened.
- Long-form features on the people, decisions, and moments behind the headlines.
- Transfer and injury news verified before it is published, not the moment a rumour surfaces.
- Zero clickbait. No misleading headlines. No countdown galleries.
We also publish a daily newsletter, The Frontier Briefing, which lands in your inbox before the first whistle of the day. It is the fastest way to stay across everything that matters without opening six different tabs.
Our Standards
Sports Frontier follows the editorial guidelines of Frontier Affairs Media Group. We do not accept advertising in exchange for coverage. No club, federation, league or sponsor has editorial access to our content. Our journalists declare conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from covering stories where independence cannot be guaranteed.
We believe sports journalism matters beyond the scoreline. The governance of clubs, the treatment of players, the economics of modern football, the politics inside cricket boards these stories deserve the same rigour as any other beat in journalism. We cover them accordingly.
If you have a tip, a correction, or a story you think we should cover, our inbox is open. We read every message.
